Most of the large file sharing solutions, even their paid version lack end-to-end encryption, meaning they are not a secure as Tresorit Send. If you believe that the link and the password fell into the wrong hands revoke the link immediately, ensuring that no one will be able to access the shared files anymore. For example, send the password via SMS and send the link via email.
